Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas, including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces during night shifts
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
Manage waste disposal efficiently by emptying bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies
Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




Support additional duties such as stocking supplies or assisting with minor repairs to uphold facility standards

Requirements
Proven experience as a cleaner or in facilities maintenance within a commercial setting
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or supplies
Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional responsibilities as needed
