This position requires a minimum of 5 years in related fields, preferably in residential treatment facilities. You will also guide and develop your team of Youth Counsellors while ensuring effective communication and team-oriented programs for youth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team and provide clinical supervision
Ensure therapeutic goals are achieved
Develop and document individualized treatment plans
Plan and implement therapeutic group sessions
Provide timely communication with stakeholders Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant therapeutic discipline
5+ years of experience in mental health
