Racers seeks a passionate and experienced Head FIS Coach for its 2026/2027 season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for athlete preparation and competition programming, focusing on individual athlete development and performance excellence. You will collaborate closely with club leadership and families to deliver a comprehensive race development program. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual training and competition plans
Lead on-snow training and preseason preparations




Support athlete progression through technical feedback and analysis
Coordinate race schedules and logistical arrangements
Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and coaches Requirements:
Proven coaching experience in alpine ski racing
Knowledge of FIS regulations and competition protocols
Robust technical understanding of athlete development
Excellent leadership and communication skills
ACA Performance Level certification or equivalent Drive competitive excellence while nurturing young athletes at Sunshine Alpine Racers in Banff.
