Become a vital part of HelloFresh as a Junior Maintenance Planner in Mississauga. This full time role focuses on optimizing maintenance schedules while ensuring productive use of resources. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor of Facilities & Maintenance, you will evaluate work requests, allocate resources, and maintain asset metadata integrity.
You'll play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and aligning maintenance processes with organizational goals, ensuring smooth operations across the facility. Key Responsibilities:
Forecast and balance daily workload for PM tasks
Review maintenance requests and evaluate needs
Organize documentation for regulatory audits
Maintain the PM Tasks list and job plans
Coordinate with contractors and evaluate safety hazards Requirements:
1+ years of maintenance planning experience
Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical engineering
Proficient in CMMS systems, preferably FMX or Fiix
Robust verbal and written communication skills
