Role Description This full time, on-site Construction Worker role is based in Holland Landing, ON.

The Construction

Worker will assist with a variety of building, renovation, and site preparation tasks using hand and power tools, while following safety standards and project plans. Day-to-day responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, preparing and cleaning job sites, supporting masonry and flooring work, and helping with aggregate handling and installation. The role involves working closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality specifications. The position requires reliable attendance, adherence to health and safety regulations, and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Qualifications
Robust construction and renovation skills, with experience in general building tasks.




Proficiency in masonry work, including brick, block, or stone installation and repair.
Knowledge of flooring installation or repair techniques for various materials.
Ability to conduct basic research related to materials, methods, or safety practices.
Understanding of workplace safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Previous experience in construction, aggregates, or related fields is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Holland Landing, ON is preferred.
