Your role will focus on maintaining compliance and driving quality at every phase of construction. As a critical member of the Pomerleau team, you will utilize your 5+ years of QA/QC experience to implement a comprehensive Project QMS. You’ll oversee the development of Inspection & Test Plans and ensure the accuracy of inspections while coordinating with subcontractors and third-party inspectors.

Your ability to communicate transparent, actionable reports will enhance the project’s quality management. Key Responsibilities:
Enforce Project QMS and quality standards
Lead development of Inspection & Test Plans for trades




Define inspection criteria and documentation needs
Conduct frequent site inspections and issue reports
Handle non-conformance management and corrective actions Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within construction
Knowledge of technical specifications and standards
Experience with testing coordination and NCR management
Comfortable in a site leadership role
