Motors seeks an experienced Service and Parts Advisor to enhance our growing dealership. In this role, your ability to manage multi-tasking and coordinate with mechanics is essential for our success. You'll develop work orders, finalize invoices, and ensure that our service department runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise parts ordering and ensure timely returns
Coordinate and prioritize tasks for service mechanics
Create, update, and finalize work orders and invoices
Handle customer calls and manage outbound ordering
Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Proven parts ordering experience in an automotive dealership
Experience as an automotive service advisor required
Valid G Class Driver's License essential
