Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead our manufacturing improvements and automation projects. This role requires technical expertise and offers significant opportunities for impact. In this hands-on position, you will partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to enhance manufacturing operations.

Your 5+ years of experience will help you tackle technical challenges, improve equipment reliability, and support recent product launches. You will utilize SolidWorks and CAD software for designing productive manufacturing processes and tooling. Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test manufacturing prototypes and equipment
Document engineering changes and maintain compliance




Support equipment upgrades and automation efforts
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Coordinate projects including scheduling and budget management Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
Solid analytical and communication skills
