IMM has an immediate opening for a full-time Junior Estimator. In this role you will work closely with our Sales, Engineering and Production teams. Duties will include:
Preparing repeat-work and entry-level estimates.
Receiving and process RFQs in accordance with IMM procedures.
Creating RFQ folders and maintain quotation records.
Entering RFQs and opportunities into JobBOSS²
Conducting RFQ follow-ups on behalf of the estimating team.
Maintaining quotation pipeline data and chance status within our ERP system.
Supporting the Sales Manager, Lead Estimator, and Marketing Coordinator with:
Customer visit preparation
Open quote reviews
Order entry history analysis
Estimate-to-order performance reporting
Delivery performance reporting
