Responsibilities
Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards and customer preferences
Assess each pet’s coat condition and skin health, recommending appropriate grooming treatments or products
Handle pets safely and gently, ensuring a stress-free experience during grooming sessions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to uphold health standards
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand specific grooming requests and provide after-care advice
Assist with heavy lifting of pets or equipment as needed,

Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pet owners
Experience in pet grooming or related animal care fields is preferred

Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and performing detailed grooming tasks over extended periods
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear guidance on pet care
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality grooming results that meet breed standards and customer expectations
