Support

Canadian and US sites by ensuring compliance and fostering employee relations in a hybrid role from Downtown Toronto. GoBolt is seeking an intermediate HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives across its Canadian warehouse network and assist US markets. This position reports to the HR Director and directly engages with employees and site leaders.

You will partner with various stakeholders to maintain compliance with employment standards and improve workplace culture across multiple provinces and states. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily HR support to site leaders in Canada and the US
Ensure multi-provincial employment standards compliance




Coach managers on performance management and employee relations
Maintain jurisdiction-specific HR policies and handbooks
Own the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff Requirements:
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
1–2 years as an HR Business Partner
Knowledge of Canadian and US employment law
Experience in warehouse or logistics settings
Ability to operate across multiple locations Drive employee engagement and compliance while supporting GoBolt's cutting-edge logistics services.
