What Will You Do?

As an Account Manager working hybrid out of our Lethbridge office, you'll:
Provide professional insurance advice to clients with clear and timely communication on insurance policies and coverages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:
A level 1 Alberta Insurance License or above
1 year of experience as an insurance broker

Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:
Additional insurance licenses and/or relevant experience
Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
Proficiency in insurance company portals
