Join DIVERSEcity as an Overnight Support Worker, providing essential assistance to youth in need. This role is part-time, primarily focusing on safety and emotional support during overnight hours. DIVERSEcity is looking for an Overnight Support Worker to provide in office assistance to youth and families in a transitional housing program.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring a calm and secure workplace while responding to crises and daily support needs. Through trauma-informed practices, your contributions will help foster positive living situations for residents. Key Responsibilities:
Offer compassionate support and monitoring overnight
Perform wellness and safety checks regularly
Address safety concerns and document incidents




Support daily living routines and household activities
Participate in team meetings and shift handovers Requirements:
Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required
Experience working with vulnerable youths is essential
Robust understanding of harm reduction principles
Effective communication and documentation skills
Certification in First Aid, WHMIS, and Food Safe Make a difference in the lives of youth by supporting their wellbeing as an Overnight Support Worker at DIVERSEcity.
