Join our team as a full time Residential Child and Youth Worker, helping children and youth with behavioral challenges. Work within a structured program at an accredited agency dedicated to developmental care. In this permanent role, you will collaborate with care teams to assess needs and create personalized service plans.

Providing emotional support and establishing safety protocols will be essential. Your efforts will help guide individuals in developing social skills while addressing behavioral issues through intervention strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate needs of individuals served
Teach daily living skills and social interactions
Provide one-on-one and group behavior counseling
Ensure the safety and well-being of persons served
Administer medications and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Child and Youth Care or similar field
Two years of related experience in care environments
Clean Class 5 BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Current CPR/First Aid and WHMIS certifications
