Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to verify the accuracy of financial data.
Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments.
Assist with budgeting activities by tracking project costs and providing financial insights for project planning.




Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and other summaries to support project management decisions.

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential for efficient bookkeeping.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll procedures, and financial reporting standards.
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes with attention to detail.
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and identifying financial discrepancies.
Knowledge of budgeting techniques relevant to construction projects for effective cost control.
