Join Ledcor as a Journeyperson Rig Welder, taking part in critical turnaround projects that are essential for Alberta's industrial operations. This position focuses on high-intensity, schedule-driven settings.

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including completing welding repairs and working with blueprints to meet exact specifications. As you support the essential activities during shutdowns, your attention to detail and collaboration with other trades will ensure timely reactivation of units. Safety practices are paramount in this setting to ensure all activities comply with best standards. Key Responsibilities:
Supply and operate a fully maintained welding rig
Complete new installations and repairs on industrial equipment




Interpret welding procedures and technical drawings
Collaborate with inspectors and pipefitters on projects
Uphold safety standards across all welding activities Requirements:
Red Seal Welder certification is preferred
Experience in shutdowns and maintenance environments
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and necessary tools
Solid background in safety and compliance
