TEHORA is currently looking for a project monitoring and control advisor with excellent technical skills, knowledge and a strong desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team.
Key services and deliverables
Project startup sheet and charter (project organization manual).
Detailed scheduling in MS Project and PPM.
Project management registers: status updates, outstanding items, decision points, change requests, etc.
Description sheets for various register points.
Deliverables registers, progress reports and validation register.
Risk management plan.
Progress report and accountability reports.
Meeting agenda and minutes.
Presentation material.
Profile
University degree (Bachelor's) in IT, computer science, administration, engineering, or mathematics.
At least two (2) years of experience as a project manager, coordinator or monitoring and control advisor (PCO) in IT.
Minimum six (6) months of experience with MS Project planning tool.
Location: Determined by mandate; may be remote or at client site.
