Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. Duties
Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and budgets as needed
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts,



and other financial documents for audit readiness

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks accurately
Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational skills
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting is preferred
