We’re looking for a energetic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead operations across the Maritimes. In this role, you’ll inspire and empower Clinic Directors, create environments where people love to work, and ensure that patients receive the best care possible.

Lead and inspire Clinic Directors, building high-performing teams rooted in inclusivity and collaboration.

Elevate care by ensuring every clinic delivers consistent, top-tier patient experiences that reflect Lifemark’s mission.

Use data-driven insights to fuel revenue, EBITDA, and operational excellence.

Manage budgets, KPIs, and resources with accountability and excellence.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Business,



or a related field.

7–10 years of senior management experience leading sizable, diverse teams.

Multi-unit experience preferably in a healthcare setting or connected industry A proven track record in operations, strategy, and driving business growth.

A creative, solution-oriented approach with the confidence to think outside the box when challenges arise.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
