Role:Confluent Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a Confluent Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka experience to design, build, and maintain scalable real-time event streaming platforms using Confluent Kafka . The ideal candidate should have solid cloud, containerization, and streaming architecture expertise.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka (Open Source, Confluent, AWS MSK, Cloudera, etc.)
Solid experience with Confluent Platform/Confluent Cloud
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and real-time data streaming
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP




Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and solution architecture skills

Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB (KSQL), Schema Registry, REST Proxy
Confluent Control Center
Apache Flink / ksqlDB Cloud
Stream Governance, Data Lineage, Stream Catalog, RBAC, Audit Logs
