Lead Hydro Ottawa's Distribution Engineering team as the Manager. Drive engineering performance, enhance customer connections, and ensure data integrity with advanced analytics in a hybrid work model. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the engineering team and performance metrics.

Your leadership will focus on executing Connection Impact Assessments, optimizing GIS data maintenance, and translating system dynamics into strategic investment models. You will guide technical staff on performance analysis and oversee robust engineering processes critical to long-term planning. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
Ensure integrity of Hydro Ottawa’s GIS data records




Conduct Connection Impact Assessments and load evaluations
Lead root-cause analysis for system performance
Govern engineering processes for short-circuit calculations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Qualified Engineer licensed in Ontario
Minimum five years in a leadership role
Experience in electric utility engineering settings
