Join our energetic team as a Detailer/Customer Service Front Till and play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our car wash lot. In this energetic position, you will ensure autowash & wash bays are clean, well-presented, and ready for customers while providing excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for every visitor and support the overall success of our car wash.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash lot, including parking areas and display zones
Assist customers by providing friendly service, answering questions about various washes, and guiding them as needed
Customers Service front till.
Conduct routine inspections of car wash for any damages or issues and report findings to management promptly
Support the team with light maintenance tasks such as washing bays, keep equipment clean and tidy.
Uphold safety standards at all times while handling vehicles and cleaning equipment
Qualifications
Prior experience in vehicle detailing or customer service is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning supplies and safety procedures preferred but not mandatory
