Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Server to join our team and help provide exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Japanese-style drinks, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and following high standards of sanitation and safety. This role requires strong customer service skills, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Prior experience in food service is preferred. An interest in Japanese or Asian food culture is also considered an asset, as we aim to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, for order processing and cashiering
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist guests with menu selections, upselling items, and providing excellent guest services
Manage time effectively to ensure timely food delivery and service during busy periods




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling orders and maintaining inventory levels
Ensure adherence to sanitation standards and health regulations at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation protocols
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Experience in food handling, preparation, serving, and hospitality is preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management
