Canadian Camper is hiring Journeymen RV Technicians for our shop in Leduc.
We have an amazing group of techs and are looking for a journeyman tech that is a good fit for our team.
Pay: CA$35.00 - CA$45.00 per hour
Location: Edmonton, AB
The Chance
Canadian Camper is scaling. Demand is strong, bays are full, and we’re investing in people who want stability, growth, and pride in their craft. We’re looking for a Journeyman RV Technician who can operate independently, diagnose efficiently, and deliver quality work without hand-holding.

What You’ll Do
You will be trusted to own jobs end-to-end and uphold professional service standards.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including: Slide-outs, leveling systems, and chassis components
Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
Complete work orders, inspection reports, and documentation with precision
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors on findings, timelines, and parts needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collectively with other Journeyman technicians
Uphold Canadian Camper’s quality, safety,
and customer experience standards

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Solid electrical and mechanical aptitude
Experience with warranty processes is a robust asset
Professional attitude, accountability, and pride in workmanship
