Duties
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Perform plumbing tasks including pipe installation, leak detection, and fixture repairs to support building operations.
Conduct welding and fabrication work for system repairs or custom modifications using schematics and technical drawings.
Service boilers, pumps, fans, and other mechanical equipment with precision to uphold safety standards.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.




Carry out appliance repairs related to HVAC components or related mechanical systems in a timely manner.
Assist with construction projects by installing ductwork, piping systems, or mechanical fixtures as needed.

Experience
Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in HVAC systems and general mechanical maintenance.
Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
Knowledge of construction practices related to mechanical installations or upgrades.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently for troubleshooting purposes.
Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working with schematics and technical manuals.
Prior experience in maintenance roles involving HVAC systems or building mechanical infrastructure is preferred.
