Duties
Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gardening supplies while providing friendly and knowledgeable service
Create and assemble floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Maintain the appearance of floral displays and plant sections through regular watering, pruning, and cleaning
Stock shelves with fresh flowers, plants, gardening tools, and merchandise; ensure proper organization and merchandising standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about floral design, horticulture tips, and product availability
Qualifications
Previous experience in floral design is required,
at least 6 months experiences.
Robust communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, stock management, and merchandising practices
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math efficiently during busy periods
Organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure displays are attractive
Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
