Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures.
Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred but not required.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and possess a valid SIN for payroll purposes.
Basic English communication skills are required.
Positive attitude, reliable, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts is an asset.
