Your Responsibilities
Guest Ambassadorship: Act as the primary point of contact, delivering authentic hospitality and ensuring every guest feels valued.
Precision Service: Master your station by coordinating orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of all food and beverages.
The Daily Grind: Thrive in a rapid-moving setting while staying on top of side-work, station organization, and cleanliness.
Proactive Resolutions: Address guest feedback or issues on the fly with a skilled, "can-do" mindset.
Seamless Synergy: Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure a fluid dining experience for everyone.

What You Bring to the Table
The Right Experience:



While a background in high-volume dining is preferred, we prioritize a "people-first" attitude and a willingness to learn our systems.
Consistency: You are dependable, punctual, and ready to perform when the rush hits.
Clear Communication: Exceptional verbal skills in English are essential for interacting with our diverse clientele and kitchen team.
Credentials: Valid Smart Serve certification is a must.
Physical Drive: You’re comfortable being on the move for full shifts and can safely manage trays and heavy glassware.
