What you'll need to have - University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience - Minimum 3 years of managerial experience - Solid experience in a high-volume food or hospitality setting A day in your life with us - Lead the team through planning, coaching and coordinating food selling activities to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
Implement common commercial framework, standards, plans, WoW (Ways of Working), tools and KPI’s adapting to local requirements and legislation.
Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner and manage forecasting and budgeting in line with financial plan.
Secure global and national compliance standards, as well as optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with key stakeholders.
Ensure the customer has an inspiring food experience and secure that common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented within all food commercial areas.
