This position combines independent work with supervisory responsibilities for seasonal staff, and requires effective monitoring of seedling health and growth. Communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork will be vital in achieving your key accountabilities at PRT. Key Responsibilities:
Implement fertilization and irrigation programs
Utilize Argus system for monitoring seedling conditions




Conduct pest inspections and manage control methods
Maintain records within computerized tracking systems
Train and supervise seasonal nursery staff Requirements:
Experience in nursery or propagation settings
Knowledge of crop monitoring and irrigation systems
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
