Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will design, build, and optimize email campaigns to engage users, promote services, and support lead generation goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating targeted email content, managing subscriber lists, setting up automated workflows, segmenting audiences, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams, running A/B tests, refining messaging based on data insights, and ensuring emails align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.



The specialist will also contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives and help improve user retention through effective email communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software skills, including experience with popular ESPs and CRM-integrated platforms.
Candidates should possess Marketing Automation and Lead Generation skills to design workflows, nurture campaigns, and move prospects through the funnel.
Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on measurable results.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write explicit, persuasive email copy and collaborate effectively across teams.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in digital marketing, understanding of deliverability best practices, familiarity with GDPR and other email compliance standards, and comfort working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
