Duties
Assist senior hairstylists with hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques to enhance client satisfaction
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair services and products
Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, managing appointment schedules, and addressing inquiries promptly
Upsell retail hair care products and treatments that complement clients’ styles and meet their individual needs




Support front desk operations by checking in clients, managing bookings, and processing payments efficiently
Stay informed about current hair trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and service offerings
