• Facilitate domestic student recruitment and retention strategies • Manage and support Student Success and Engagement Officers • Develop and coordinate recruitment programs effectively • Enhance first-year student orientation and initiatives • Build partnerships with schools and community organizations

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree or related field experience • Minimum of three years' relevant leadership experience • Experience in post-secondary institutions preferred • Proven leadership in recruitment and admissions • Familiarity with CRM for recruitment management
