Duties

Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product displays as needed.
