Become an Inside HVAC Consultation Expert, providing critical support by troubleshooting and advising on HVAC/R systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing contractor relationships and service efficiency. We are looking for a skilled technical consultant with substantial experience in HVAC/R.

You will assist in diagnosing refrigeration issues, provide installation guidance, and deliver technical documentation to ensure effective service. Your robust communication and problem-solving abilities will help drive improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with HVAC/R installation and troubleshooting
Diagnose refrigeration circuit and control issues
Share technical documentation with contractors and engineers
Connect callers to field personnel for urgent resolutions
Record call details in the tracking database Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of technical consulting experience
Minimum 5 years in HVAC/R installation and service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus Utilize your HVAC technical skills to provide exceptional support as an Inside Consultant.
