Become a vital part of the Womens’ Employment Resource Centre as a Full time Employment Consultant. Help empower women to achieve meaningful career goals through supportive coaching and resources. WERC is seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant committed to fostering women's potential.

You'll provide one-on-one support, develop personalized action plans, and connect clients with community programs in Oxford County. Building trust through effective communication, you will guide women in their employment journeys while collaborating with local support services. Key Responsibilities:
Work individually with clients to create personalized employment action plans
Guide clients in accessing training programs and resources




Collaborate with Ontario Works and ODSP Case Managers
Assist clients with resumes, job search strategies, and interviews
Maintain ongoing communication and support to encourage action plan adherence Requirements:
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in customer service or employment services preferred
Knowledge of community resources is an asset
Current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check required
Legally entitled to work in Canada Support women's journeys towards fulfilling careers at WERC while enhancing your expertise in client support.
