Fraser Health seeks a dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to provide essential therapy services to clients of all ages in community settings. This role focuses on education, advocacy, and client-centered care. In this position, you will assess and implement occupational therapy plans for clients, including adults and youth with developmental disabilities.

Provide assessment and intervention for referred clients
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams on treatment plans




Educate clients and caregivers about independent living skills
Coordinate services with other health providers as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and statistics Requirements:
Full registration with the College of Health and Care Specialists of BC
Two years' clinical experience in community health
Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
Solid knowledge of occupational therapy developments
