Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership &
Governance: Collaborate with senior operational leadership and the Board to refine and implement our vision and strategic plan.

External

Relations &
Advocacy: Serve as the primary spokesperson for PMV. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, academics, local chapters of PMI, and other groups active in the nonprofit/social-profit space. Policies &
Procedures: Chairs the weekly senior team Ops Call, develops organizational policies and procedures.

Human Resources: Manage and mentor a diverse team to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Compliance &
Risk Management: Ensure the organization adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Oversight: Trusted to maintain high level fiscal integrity.





Standard Qualifications Experience: Typically, 5–10+ years of leadership experience.

Skills: Public speaking and writing; strategic planning; change management; fundraising.

Local: Familiar with the BC environment, particularly the non-profit and project management sectors.

Core Competencies Mission Alignment: Deep passion for and commitment to integrity and fulfilling PMV's mission.

Adaptability: Ability to lead through ambiguity and changing settings.

Inclusive Leadership: Demonstrated commitment to inclusive leadership, inclusion and team-building.
