Provide vital nursing care as a Home Care Nurse (Registered Practical Nurse) at Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services, delivering support to First Nations communities. This full time role aims to help clients thrive at home. In this position, you will utilize your practical nursing competencies for in-home care in Batchewana, Garden River, and Thessalon First Nations.

You will conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans, including advanced RPN skills such as wound care and palliative support. Accurate documentation and effective team collaboration are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home nursing services across defined communities
Perform comprehensive assessments and care planning




Utilize nursing skills for IV therapy and ostomy care
Ensure documentation is accurate in medical records
Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective care Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse accreditation in Ontario
Minimum 2 years of applicable nursing experience
Proficient with electronic medical record systems
Current First Aid and CPR certification required
