Verity Construction is hiring full-time Siding Installers and Cutting Station Operators to join our team.
Successful applicants will be working on large residential subdivisions consisting of single-family homes and townhouses throughout the Westshore area (Langford and Colwood). These are active production sites with steady work, a skilled construction team, and a solid focus on safety.
We install a variety of exterior cladding systems including James Hardie Hardie Plank, Hardie Panel, and metal siding systems.
Positions Available
Siding Installer
Install Hardie Plank siding
Install Hardie Panel systems
Install metal siding systems
Complete layout, flashing, trim, and finishing details
Follow manufacturer installation requirements and site safety procedures
Cutting Station Operator
Measure and cut siding materials for installers
Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain material organization and staging
Ensure accurate cuts and material preparation
Support installers to keep production moving efficiently
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to show up on time every day
Ability to take direction and communicate with the team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Willing to work overtime when required
Experience installing siding is an asset
