Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive patient care by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication-related activities
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Support patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments through engaging activities and respectful communication
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning living spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace




Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely to support mobility or transfer needs of clients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor health status, report changes, and ensure proper care plans are followed

Skills
Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments with a focus on senior or hospice care
Solid patient care skills with an understanding of caregiving best practices for individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics
Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with clients and team members
Capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality caregiving services
