Provide support for individual and family needs
Complete detailed family assessments and care planning
Engage families in understanding mental health resources
Foster healthy relationships and self-care initiatives
Maintain an organized caseload with regular updates Requirements:
Lived experience with mental health/addiction
Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
Minimum 2 years in mental health/addiction services
Must be registered in positive standing in Ontario
Excellent communication and crisis management abilities Support families in their mental health journey at CMHA Peel Dufferin as a Community Family Worker.
