In this key role at Cobequid Community Health Centre, you will work under the supervision of the Health Services Manager.

You'll be tasked with creating individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to clients and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans
Offer assessment and evaluation services in a community setting
Facilitate educational sessions for clients and caregivers
Mentor OT Assistants and contribute to training efforts
Keep accurate records of assessments and progress Requirements:
Must have a valid license from COTNS
Minimum of two years in an occupational therapy setting
Experience in group and individual therapy methods
Robust organizational and communication skills
CPR certification; AMPS skills are an asset Provide essential support and foster independence as an Occupational Therapist at Nova Scotia Health.
