This full time role demands strategic leadership and technical expertise in estimating and planning. As the Director of Preconstruction, you will report to the Vice President, Construction, and play a crucial role in shaping project strategies and ensuring accurate estimates across various sectors.

Your responsibilities include managing estimating activities, creating executable project plans, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Establish standardized preconstruction processes and templates
Lead estimating and planning activities across the organization




Oversee the review of competitive bid estimates
Facilitate constructability reviews to ensure project efficiency
Support operations with resource optimization and planning Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field
15+ years in heavy civil or industrial construction
10+ years in leadership roles
Proficiency in HeavyBid and Primavera P6
