In this full time role, you will supervise and support Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Home Support Workers (HSWs) to uphold all legislative and organizational standards.

Bring your 5+ years of nursing experience to foster long-term relationships with patients while developing complex clinical skills. Your leadership will include addressing staff concerns and engaging in safety incident investigations to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise PSWs and HSWs for compliance with care standards
Resolve concerns from community staff and families
Lead regular meetings and provide coaching to team members




Initiate patient safety incident investigations and maintain documentation
Collaborate with nurses on clinical documentation and guidelines Requirements:
RPN or RN registration in Ontario with no restrictions
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
Solid patient health assessment skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
