This role is crucial in setting a positive tone for our guests' day, ensuring they start with delicious, high-quality breakfast offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prepare and replenish a variety of dishes for the breakfast buffet, ensuring freshness and appeal.

Maintain stringent quality standards for all food items, meticulously monitoring presentation and portion control.

Efficiently manage kitchen operations with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving.

Uphold a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Operate specialized cooking equipment safely and proficiently to deliver consistent culinary excellence.

Actively contribute to waste reduction efforts, optimizing ingredient usage and minimizing food spoilage.





Requirements & Qualifications:

Prior cooking experience, ideally one year, with a preference for hotel or buffet settings.

Ability to thrive in a energetic kitchen setting, demonstrating adaptability and effective multitasking.

Availability to work morning shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written directions in English.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to ensure smooth service delivery.
