Lead Scotiabank's efforts in mortgage sales enablement and training as the Director of Mortgage Sales Training in Toronto, Ontario. In this senior leadership role, you will design and implement training programs for the Home Financing Solutions and Real Estate Secured Lending teams.

Your expertise in sales effectiveness and solid understanding of mortgage processes will help cultivate a results-oriented sales culture. You will be responsible for creating training materials and facilitating onboarding, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources to perform effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Develop training curriculum for various sales teams
Create reference materials for mortgage brokers and realtors




Oversee onboarding processes for Home Financing Advisors
