This role demands practical skills in maintenance and security, catering to the school's diverse facilities. Ideal candidates thrive in versatile shifts and can effectively manage emergency protocols while performing repairs and maintenance duties. Key Responsibilities:
Execute foot and mobile patrols for campus security
Handle equipment maintenance and repairs including HVAC




Facilitate event setups and breakdowns efficiently
Manage waste collection and cleanup duties
Provide detailed reports on maintenance and security incidents Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Class 5 BC driver's license with manual transmission experience
Familiarity with hand and electric tools
Certifications in First-Aid and security preferred
