Job Summary

We are seeking skilled painters The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting disciplines, including residential and commercial painting. This role requires a strong understanding of construction and finishing techniques. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality results that meet client satisfaction and company standards.

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision
Perform construction painting in residential and commercial settings
Operate rigging equipment as needed to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely
Manage time effectively to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials




Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction painting environments
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and rigging equipment
Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and handling chemicals
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
A vehicle is required for this job
