Deliver trauma-informed care and support for residents
Screen calls on the 24-hour crisis hotline
Conduct risk assessments and establish safety plans
Maintain safety protocols and confidentiality for residents
Assist with shelter cleanliness and supply management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalency
Certification in First Aid and CPR within 6 months
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
Experience with women in crisis and diverse backgrounds
